Morecambe’s Dave Chisnall is out of the World Matchplay darts championship after defeat to Gerwyn Price in round two.
Chizzy’s hopes of making the quarter finals for a sixth time were dashed by the former World Champion at Blackpool Winter Gardens.
The Welshman came from 6-4 down to clinch the contest 11-8.
Chisnall held a two leg advantage at 6-4 but Price soon levelled the match with a bullseye to complete a 124 checkout.
Despite Chizzy recording checkouts of 111 and 142 to keep himself in the contest, Price kept himself in front to set up a last eight clash with Jose De Sousa.
