
Firefighters have tackled a fire involving a combine harvester near Lancaster.
Crews were called out to Crimbles Lane in Cockerham on August 21 at 5.34pm.
A Lancashire Fire and Rescue Service spokesperson said: "four fire engines from Lancaster and Morecambe, with the four-wheel drive also from Lancaster and the water bowser with supporting fire engines from Leyland, attended".
"Firefighters were on scene extinguishing a fire involving a combine harvester using two breathing apparatus and one hose reel jet.
"Fire crews remained in attendance for two hours and forty minutes."
