Fire crews tackled a blaze involving an outbuilding and diesel tanks at an address on the outskirts of Lancaster.
They were called to Gleaves Hill Lane at Ellel just after 2pm on Monday afternoon.
Six fire engines from various stations, as well as multiple special appliances attended the incident, and used three hose reel jets and two light portable pumps to extinguish the fire.
Once a water supply was established, utilising a Light Portable Pump (LPP) from a nearby river, the crew were tasked with wearing Breathing Apparatus (BA) to empty the affected building and extinguish the fire.
Crews were on the scene until around 7pm.
