Deadline extended for young musicians to join Lancaster Music Festival Academy

LOWES are Luke Paget, Evie Plumb and Jamie Walker

A deadline for talented young people to join the Lancaster Music Festival Academy and be mentored by local band LOWES has been extended.

Applications are being taken now until the end of June and will close on the 30th of the month.

They will have three mentoring sessions with LOWES - who recently appeared as part of Radio 1's Big Weekend festival in Dundee.

They will also have at least one session with Limelight Music Studio through the summer.

Sessions will cover songwriting, stagecraft, performance technique and repertoire development.
