If you went to the former Euston Road School, a reunion is taking place this weekend (August 20) of former pupils.
Described as a ‘once in a lifetime event’, the reunion will see former pupils from as far away as Italy, USA, Spain, and London returning to Morecambe for the event on Saturday.
Euston Road school ran for around 70 years until its closure in 1973, when it was replaced by Morecambe Bay school, and is now Morecambe Bay Community Primary School.
Former pupil, Jane Sherrington is organising the event and said: ‘’If you went to either Infants, juniors, seniors or like me all three, then why not join us?
‘’If you know someone who did please let them know about the reunion. It’s going to be fun & entertaining. Everyone will be made welcome.
‘’We have more than 600 members in our group and it is still growing. Our members range from 64-94-years-old.’’
