The owners of two Lancaster businesses say it is "very demoralising" to have suffered their third burglary this year.
The Quarterhouse on Moor Lane was broken into during the early hours of Monday morning.
This followed a break-in earlier this month at the Stonewell Spring Delicatessen and Wine Bar at nearby Stonewell, which is run by the same team as The Quarterhouse.
The award-winning Moor Lane restaurant was also burgled earlier this year, and a man was jailed for the crime.
A post on The Quarterhouse Facebook page said: "Very disappointed to share that between (midnight) and 12.30am last night we were broken into yet again.
"We do have CCTV footage of the incident, which also shows that two witnesses walked past The Quarterhouse whilst the robbery was ongoing.
"Please get in touch if you were on Moor Lane around this time and saw anything suspicious as it would be very useful to get a statement from you. Also if any customers at The Golden Lion (pub) saw anything, please get in touch.
"This is the third time this year that one of our businesses has been targeted, with the last one (at Stonewell Spring Delicatessen and Wine Bar only being a week and a half ago. As you can imagine, this is obviously very disheartening and upsetting. We love Lancaster and our customers but it is very demoralising to have to go through this over and over again.
"Thanks to our neighbours on Moor Lane for their support once again, we hope this is the last time."

A police spokesperson said: "At 12:11am on Monday 16th September we were called to reports of a burglary on Moor Lane in Lancaster.
"Officers attended and enquiries are ongoing.
"If you were in the area at the time of the incident, have any CCTV, dashcam or doorbell footage, or can help us in our investigation in any way please call 101 quoting log 7 of 16th September 2024."
