A pensioner had to be cut free from his car after it hit a wall and rolled over near Lancaster.
Emergency services were called to Langthwaite Road at Quernmore just before 10:30 yesterday morning (January 2).
Two fire engines from Lancaster and Morecambe, along with the four-wheel-drive appliance from Lancaster and the Urban Search and Rescue team from Chorley attended the scene.
Firefighters released the driver, a man in his 80s, from the car and were on the scene for approximately one hour and forty minutes.
The driver was taken to the Royal Lancaster Infirmary for treatment.
