Police discovered a quantity of drugs after assisting a man who had fallen at Lancaster station.
The man had fallen on the platform and injured his leg, requiring the help of the emergency services.
As he was being taken to the ambulance, he roused suspicion as he didn’t want help with his bag.
This led to British Transport Police carrying out a stop and search under their powers, where he was found to be in possession of controlled drugs.
