Emergency services were called after a car collided with a fallen tree as high winds battered the Lancaster District.
Ambulance, police and fire crews were called to the A683 Lancaster Road in Caton near the Scarthwaite Hotel on Tuesday evening.
A Lancashire Fire and Rescue spokesperson said a car had collided with a fallen tree. He said there were two casualties, who were assessed at the scene by paramedics.
Fire crews were called at around 9.30pm.
Multiple trees had fallen in the area and were blocking the road.

The road was closed until Wednesday morning and diversion routes were set up.
There was also a fallen tree blocking the B6254 at Bainsbeck in Arkholme on Tuesday evening.
