A dog was reunited with her owner with the help of emergency services after becoming trapped in rocks near the beach at Heysham.
The Morecambe Coastguard Rescue Team was called out to a report of a missing Springer Spaniel on Sunday afternoon.
A large group of people was helping the dog's owner to try to find her near Oakley Road.
The Morecambe coastguard team called for help from fire crews and the Knott End Coastguard Rescue Team to assist.
They searched the rock armour near Sunny Slopes with help from a Lancashire Fire and Rescue Service drone.
The missing dog was eventually found by another dog belonging to a member of the public.
The Springer Spaniel was then extracted from the rock armour and reunited with her owner.
A spokesperson for Morecambe Coastguard Rescue Team said it was "a fantastic multi-team and multi-agency effort for a great outcome".
