Fire crews were called to a house in Heysham which was "heavily smoke-logged due to cooking".
A fire engine from Morecambe went out to a property on Peplow Road at 12.55pm on Saturday July 6.
A spokesperson for Lancashire Fire and Rescue Service said: "The incident involved a domestic property heavily smoke-logged due to cooking.
"The fire service used two breathing apparatus and a ventilation fan.
"The fire service remained at the scene for one hour and ten minutes."
