A new Friends group formed to support one of Morecambe's most-loved music venues has reached the milestone number of 100 members.
The Friends of the Platform have now set themselves a target to achieve 200 members by the time of their Annual General Meeting in July 2025.
The group has also announced its first fundraising evening to take place at the venue on Thursday October 17.
There will be a full evening of entertainment including two local bands.
Barry Lucas, former entertainments manager at Lancaster University, will also be interviewed about his time booking and working with some of rock 'n' roll's biggest names at the uni's Great Hall and Sugarhouse in the '60s, '70s and '80s.
The Friends have also revealed a new logo, see below.

The Friends group met for the first time in May after being formally set up in April.
They aim to promote and help the Platform by creating a volunteer force which can raise funds, help with day to day operations, promote events and generally guarantee its future operating success, by working closely with Lancaster City Council and its team who run the venue.
The group was set up after fears in 2023 that the council might pull out of running the Platform and it could be closed.
The council did a U-turn on the plans after a campaign by residents and supporters of the venue, housed in Morecambe's former railway station on Marine Road.
In the next couple of months, the Friends of the Platform executive committee is planning to launch a loyalty and rewards scheme, where members will receive significant benefits and discounts for joining.
The group has also set up a bank account so they can receive donations, grants and payments, and public liability and member insurance.
The Friends' first donation was the sum of £250 from local councillor and Friends treasurer, Roger Cleet (pictured below).

A spokesperson said: "The Friends of The Platform Morecambe would like to thank Roger for this magnificent gesture, and for all the hard work and expertise that he is affording to the executive committee and membership – it is greatly appreciated.
"Members of the Friends of The Platform Morecambe who volunteer their time and services to help in any way can be assured that they will be adequately covered by insurance in any eventuality – both by The Platform’s own insurances and now by ‘the Friends’ own policy which has been negotiated with a major underwriter.
"Our members are both our lifeblood and our future so we want them to feel that when they step up and offer their time, expertise and assistance they are guaranteed that we in turn make sure they are fully protected."
