A 12-year-old girl has been injured after being hit by a car on Marine Road in Morecambe.
The girl was taken to hospital with a head injury which is not thought to be life-threatening, following the incident on Monday morning.
The incident involved a Hyundai i20. The driver was not injured.
Police said they were called to Marine Road at 8.27am and a road closure was put in place between Broadway and St Margaret's Road.
The road has since reopened. Nobody has been arrested.
