The Heysham Towers bus terminus will be closed for up to 10 days for road repairs and resurfacing - affecting local bus services.
The main Heysham bus stop will be shut from July 29 for up to 10 days, bus company Stagecoach has announced.
They said that no suitable temporary bus stop can be positioned by Heysham Towers so passengers will not be able to use the terminus,
This closure will affect the following services as follows:
Service 1/1A
Passengers are advised to board and alight the service on Heysham Mossgate Road.
Service 2X Lancaster
Passengers are advised to board and alight the service on Middleton Road bus stops by Beach Stores.
Service 2X Morecambe
Passengers are advised to board and alight the service on Middleton Road bus stop by Heysham hall Drive (Opposite Beach Stores)
Service 2X Heysham Towers to Lancaster University
The 07:44 will use the bus stop outside NHS centre.
Service 5 Carnforth
Passengers are advised to board and alight the service at Middleton Road bus stop by Heysham Hall Drive.(Opposite Beach Stores)
Service 5 Overton
Passengers are advised to board and alight the service on Middleton Road bus stops by Beach Stores.
Service 755 Carnforth
Passengers are advised to use bus stop on Heysham Road by Brentlea Cres.
Service 755 Ocean Edge
Passengers advised to board and alight the service on Heysham Road by NHS Centre.
