TV's Mr Motivator held a fitness class for pupils and teachers at a Lancaster primary school to launch a very special project.
The television fitness guru, who shot to fame with his GMTV breakfast television workouts in the 1990s, chose Ryelands Primary School for a pilot event for his newly-formed Mr Motivator's Bed Bank charity.
The pilot for his 'Dream Big Day' at Ryelands will be rolled out as an annual fundraising day for the charity across the UK.
On Friday, Mr Motivator led the school in an early-morning fitness session in the hall, which was enjoyed very much by staff and pupils alike, then chatted to classes about how he wants to end child bed poverty.
He also spoke to Beyond Radio about why he's trying to promote the importance of getting a good night's sleep.

"I'm here to encourage movement because movement is medicine and every single person should be moving their body every day, especially the young," said the TV fitness coach, 71.
"Mr Motivator's Bed Bank is all about trying to reduce the number of children who go to sleep every night without a bed.
"Tonight one million children will go to sleep without a bed. That is a crime.
"Very kindly Ryelands have taken on the mantle for the pilot, and this is the formula for what we're going to do next year."

The pilot fundraising event was designed to raise both awareness and funds to help provide beds to children in need, aiming to inspire communities to join in and make a tangible impact in tackling child bed poverty.
Linda Pye, head teacher of Ryelands Primary School, said it was "absolutely amazing" to have Mr Motivator there.
"We have a contact for Mr Motivator and he came in the summer, looked around the school, and was very impressed with how active the children were. It was a big yes from him, and here we are today!" said Mrs Pye.
"It's about changing the lives for all our children and really stressing the importance of a good night's sleep for everyone.
"We've also got Sandylands Primary School in Morecambe joining in today via Zoom."
