TV duo The Hairy Bikers experienced a taste of food from all over the world when they visited Lancaster for their new series.
Si King and Dave Myers spent a day filming at the Global Village Cafe in the city, learning about cuisine from different parts of the globe.
The episode is due to be screened as part of 'The Hairy Bikers Go West' on Tuesday February 20 on BBC2 at 7pm.
The Global Village Cafe is a catering company which brings together refugees and asylum seekers living in Lancaster to help improve cultural understanding and relations through food.
Emma Foster, a volunteer at the cafe based at The Cornerstone on Sulyard Street, spoke to Beyond Radio about their eventful day of filming with The Hairy Bikers.

"It was very exciting," said Emma.
"It took months and months of organisation and quite a lot of planning.
"Our kitchen was absolutely packed with lighting people, sound people, the director, runners, and all of us lot, so a new experience for all of us.
"Si and Dave were really interested in everyone and funny, and asking everyone loads of questions, and got stuck in with the cooking. We just loved it."
Filming took place at the Global Village Cafe's former home near Lancaster Castle, where the TV duo learned about cooking a Persian omelette and a delicious Tahdig, a traditional Persian rice dish.
Set up in 2018, the cafe is a small not-for-profit organisation which runs supper clubs and provides catering for functions and meetings.
The food is prepared by a team of chefs including people from Iran, Iraq, Ukraine, Syria and Sudan.

The Hairy Bikers, motorbike enthusiasts and celebrity chefs Si King and Dave Myers, have presented many shows for the BBC and have a huge following among food fans.
The episode on February 20 will also feature The Hairy Bikers' visit to Archer's Cafe at Red Bank Farm, Bolton-le-Sands.
Speaking about the programme, a BBC spokesperson said: "The Hairy Bikers next explore Lancashire and for Dave, the trip is an emotional homecoming as he was born in the county.
"They start their trip in the 120 square miles of glorious beauty that’s Morecambe Bay. The boys are on the hunt for a good breakfast and head towards a farm cafe at the end of the bay, run by Allan, his wife Kerry and daughter Harriet. Inside, Dave and Si discover the family are doing something unique with their salt marsh lamb, creating tasty lamb bacon!"
