Musical theatre stars from the Lancaster and Morecambe area are celebrating victory at an annual ceremony recognising the best in the North West.
Hannah Morris won Best Leading Female in a Musical for her performance as Rita O'Grady in Made in Dagenham at the Lancaster Grand in 2023, at the North West NODA Awards held at Blackpool Winter Gardens.
"We are so proud of you Hannah, thank you for leading such a special show SO beautifully," said a post on the MAODS (Morecambe Amateur Operatic and Dramatic Society) Facebook page.
Sophie Butler also won Best Director of a Youth Musical for 'We Will Rock You' by the MY Theatre company, which was performed at The Dukes last year.
Sophie runs the Sophie Butler Academy of Musical Theatre in Morecambe, as well as MY (Morecambe Youth) Theatre.
"She works tirelessly to bring her creative visions to life. She is so loved by the children, and team MY Theatre," said a post on the MY Theatre Facebook page.
