Two artists from Lancaster are inviting local people to join in an artistic celebration of how far we have come post-Covid.
Maya Abeysuriya and Will Doe popped into the Beyond Radio studios this week to talk about their art, poetry and fun event #COVIDNOW taking place at the Storey Centre on July 27 and 28.
#COVIDNOW is described as a poetry, printmaking, crafting, film and sound installation project.
Maya and Will are aiming to open up conversations of how life is now, after the last two difficult years of the Covid-19 pandemic.
People will be invited to share their stories by making art.

This event is for all but particularly families and children.
You can bring your own picnic to enjoy in the Storey Gardens or use the Printroom cafe for food.
The event takes place from 10am to 4pm both days at the centre on Meeting House Lane, Lancaster.
Maya is a professional printmaker and a poet who runs Suriyaarts.
Will, from Will Doe Art, is about to graduate in Fine Art from Lancaster University.
You can book a place on #COVIDNOW here.
