Customers of a Lancaster takeaway had to do a double-take after believing they'd spotted pop superstar Ed Sheeran!
Uncanny lookalike Ty Jones - who is the spitting image of the pop music icon - was in Burgshake burger bar on Wednesday for a promotional photo shoot.
Beyond Radio photographer Josh Brandwood was passing the shop on St Leonard's Gate when he spotted the Ed doppelganger and couldn't believe his eyes.
"I had to do a double-take and decided to step into the shop and check whether he was indeed Ed," said Josh.
"He said he was a professional Ed Sheeran lookalike shooting a promotional video. He proved to be quite personable, warmly greeting fans and willingly posing for photos."
Ty (pictured below), who is from Manchester, hit the headlines earlier this year when he claimed to have been banned from Tik Tok for looking too much like the singer.

He'd gained more than 100,000 followers on the social media platform due to his impersonations of the pop superstar and has pranked festival, concert and sporting event audiences into thinking he's the real Ed Sheeran.
