A local charity is preparing to host their first ever Green Festival, which will be delivered by 11-18-year-olds.
Escape2Make (E2M) are a youth led charity creating safe and inclusive opportunities for young people in Lancaster & Morecambe.
The Green Festival will take place at Scotch Quarry, Lancaster, on August 27, between 11am-4pm.
The event is free to attend.
Over several weeks before the event, more than 100 young people have taken part in creative activities such as forming an up-cycled band, wild cooking, creating land art and even learning how to repair and build bicycles!
The E2M youth board and E2M Architecture Group will be revealing their revolutionary ideas and might even share some ‘top secret’ plans.
People are invited to go along and join in this eco-friendly celebration, the result of 60+ creative workshops and 2000+ hours of creativity.
