A Lancaster photographer is delighted after his snaps of the Princess Royal were featured on official Royal Family social media.
Josh Brandwood said he was "absolutely thrilled" after his pictures of Princess Anne were posted by 'The Royal Family' Instagram page.
Josh had been given permission by Buckingham Palace to capture Her Royal Highness during a re-dedication of Southport War Memorial last Friday.
"These photographs reached a staggering audience of over 18 million people, amassing more than 40,000 likes and a wave of positive comments," said Josh.
"As a proud Lancastrian who has faced personal battles with mental health in recent years, I am overjoyed to share this accomplishment as a powerful testament to the potential of determination and passion."
Josh took up photography a few years ago as a therapeutic hobby, providing solace from the stresses of daily life.
He is also club photographer for Lancaster City Football Club and has taken photos of many other events, people and places around the city, often collaborating with Beyond Radio.
Josh also had a long-term ambition to photograph the Royals and achieved his goal, taking snaps for Beyond Radio during the recent visit to Lancaster of Catherine, Princess of Wales.
