Lancaster University Distinguished Professor, Jo Rycroft-Malone, received an OBE in the King’s New Year’s Honours.
Jo has been awarded an OBE for Services to Health and Social Care Research.
An Executive Dean of the Faculty of Health and Medicine at the University, Jo is a British researcher, Programme Director and Chair of the Health and Social Care Delivery Research programme.
Jo is an expert in mixed methods applied health research, and joined Lancaster University in 2019, where she oversaw the development of the Health Innovation Campus.
She also serves on the Medical Schools Council and Chairs the National Institute for Health and Care Excellence (NICE) Implementation Strategy Group.
