Police say that the death of a man found in the grounds of a Morecambe school was being treated as "unexplained".
Officers were called to Morecambe Bay Academy (formerly Morecambe High School) shortly before 8.30am on Sunday October 30 to a report that a man had been found unresponsive in the school grounds.
They went to the scene on Dallam Avenue and confirmed the man had died.
Dallam Avenue and nearby Royal Road were sealed off as an investigation began to establish the circumstances of the man's death.
Police have asked for anyone who has information to contact them on 101 quoting log 0508 of today (Oct 30th).
