A man was knocked unconscious and taken to hospital after a serious assault in Lancaster.
Police are appealing for witnesses after the man, who is in his 40s, was punched in the street at Alderley Heights.
The man was taken to Royal Lancaster Infirmary for treatment following the incident at around 11.30pm on March 26.
The attacker is described as 6ft tall, of slim build, aged in his early 20s, wearing black jogging bottoms and a black puffa jacket with fur hood.
