Morecambe Bay Foodbank says it expects a rise in demand for food parcels due to the increase in the cost of living.
The foodbank has asked for the public to donate key items of food so it can help people who are struggling financially in the Morecambe area.
Supplies are running low on tuna, hot chocolate, long life fruit juice (not squash), tinned ravioli, tinned macaroni cheese, tinned beans with sausages, jam, peanut butter and honey.
"Prices are going up, and we are anticipating a rise in demand over the coming weeks and months," said a foodbank spokesperson.
"So please keep donating if you can. It is so much appreciated."
The foodbank is located in the Anchor building, 90 Westgate, Morecambe.
You can donate food there, or at collection points at local supermarkets.
