A health and beauty store in Morecambe town centre has shut down amid reports that administrators are set to be appointed.
The Bodycare shop in the Arndale shopping centre closed and stock was removed earlier this week.
Sky News has reported that Bodycare is expected to appoint administrators as soon as Friday, putting jobs and stores at risk around the UK.
The chain, which specialises in selling fragrances, toiletries, cosmetics and skincare products, employs about 1,500 people and trades from nearly 150 stores across the country.
Other Bodycare shops around the country, including in Beverley, Yorkshire, and Wrexham, have closed this week, with others announcing stock clearances.
Bodycare also has a store in Marketgate, Lancaster, which was still open on Thursday when Beyond Radio contacted the shop.

Staff had no comment.
We also contacted Bodycare head office in Preston, who also had no comment.
