A Morecambe couple have celebrated their wedding day at the hotel where they both work.
Margaret Mckee and Pete Holt's wedding reception was held at the Lothersdale in Morecambe where Margaret is hotel manager and Pete is the night porter.
Margaret said they had an "absolutely amazing" time as their colleagues pulled out all the stops to ensure they had a special day with family and friends.
Margaret, who is originally from Scotland, started working at the Lothersdale in 2012.
Pete joined as night porter in 2018, after 17 years as caretaker at Morecambe Bay Academy (previously Morecambe High School).
They met in 2009 when they started chatting online.
Margaret said they quickly hit it off and the relationship works because they are "complete opposites".
The couple tied the knot on Monday after a seven-year engagement and Margaret said marrying Pete was "the best thing I've ever done".

The newlyweds' big day didn't end quite as planned though - as the bride suffered an injury as the reception drew to a close.
Margaret tore a calf muscle during the last dance of the night, meaning the couple have had to postpone their planned honeymoon to Prague while she recovers.
"Pete did warn me that I shouldn't be up dancing!" she said.
"But at a Scottish wedding, everybody gets up at the end of the night and forms a big circle.
"I tore the muscle at the back of my calf. My two sons carried me up to bed!
"The day after, I couldn't move."
Margaret said it will take six-to-eight weeks for the injury to heal and then they hope to go on honeymoon at the end of February or early March.
And she said her recovery was in good hands because "Pete is looking after me!"

And Margaret, now Mckee-Holt, also had plenty of praise for their colleagues at the Lothersdale for making their day so special.
"We were going to have a small family meal originally, but my sister organised it with the hotel as a surprise.
"(Hotel owners) Paul and Judy and the staff were absolutely fantastic. I don't think it could have been any better."
