Morecambe-based TV drama The Bay has been nominated at the Royal Television Society North West Awards.
The ITV programme is nominated as Best Drama Series, and writers Daragh Carville and Furquan Akhtar have been nominated as Best Writers.
The Best Drama category also features Anne - the story of Hillsborough campaigner Anne Williams, The Responder starring Martin Freeman, and David Morrissey crime drama Sherwood.
The other nominees in the Best Writer category are Danny Brocklehurst for Brassic, James Graham for Sherwood and Tony Schumacher for The Responder.
Other TV shows nominated in other award categories include Coronation Street, The Voice Kids and Blue Peter.
The Royal Television Society is an educational charity promoting the art and science of television.
The awards ceremony will be held on Saturday November 26 at Lancashire Cricket ground, Old Trafford, Manchester.
Three series of The Bay have aired after being filmed in Morecambe, and a fourth is currently in production.
Daragh Carville, co-creator of the series, lives in Lancaster.
