A Morecambe Football Club legend has joined the contestants who will play a game for charity inspired by TV show The Traitors.
Rod Taylor, director and former co-chairman of the Shrimps, will take part in 'The Betrayers' for CancerCare alongside Beyond Radio's Greg Lambert and other representatives of local businesses.
They will assemble at Lancaster Town Hall council chamber on Thursday evening (October 16) to take part in the ultimate game of treachery, while raising money for the Lancaster-based cancer charity.
Also playing the game will be:
Stephanie Anderson from Bluebird Care in Lancaster
Matt Preston from FGH Security
Michelle Logan from Cambian Whinfell School
Jon Powell from Lancaster University
Graham White from Lancaster and Morecambe Chamber of Commerce
Niamh Dodd from Starvale Management and Technologies
James Sanders from Starvale Management and Technologies
Enrika Lasukaite from Jumbo Interactive
Martin Lee from Jumbo Interactive
Daniel Barry from North Star Projects
Stephen Wright from Wright and Lord Solicitors
Tony Bell from First Digital Media

On arrival in the town hall chamber on October 16, participants will be invited to get to know each other before embarking on a series of mentally challenging puzzles, tasks, codes and clues, with banishments taking place throughout the evening.
They will be guided through the missions by the skilful team from Lancaster Escape Rooms and their mission is to uncover the truth before it's too late.
The event culminates at the final discussion when players will need to justify their performances throughout the evening. Who will be voted out and who will be victorious? But will they be a Faithful or a Traitor?

CancerCare is an independent charity providing therapy and support to people affected by cancer, life-shortening illness and those bereaved by cancer.
