A new Latin American cocktail bar and restaurant is set to open in Lancaster.
Work is continuing on the new Los Banditos at 46-48 Church Street with an opening date to be confirmed.
Los Banditos announced this week that it is recruiting for kitchen, bar and floor staff.
The Los Banditos Facebook page describes it as "Lancaster’s biggest cultural experience" serving "the tastiest, most authentic Central and South American food".
The premises has been empty since Bier & Twist bar moved to Market Street in summer 2023.
In the past the building has been home to Molly's, Paolo Giannis and Verdes restaurants.
A post on the Totally Local Lancaster page said: "If you've wandered down Church Street in recent months, you will have seen a great deal of activity going on at 46-48 Church Street.
"They have totally gutted the place and are now at the stage of recruiting the all important team that will greet you in the coming weeks."
