A 'for sale' sign has gone up ahead of the unveiling of new luxury apartments in a former church in Morecambe.
Work has been taking place at the former Christ Church on Broadway to create a new residential development called 'The Residences at Broadway Church'.
Thomas McCann, from local estate agent The Agency UK, said that around 50 people had registered interest since the 'for sale' sign went up earlier this week.
Mr McCann said that there would be a launch of the 'show homes' in a couple of weeks' time, with work expected to be completed on-site in another eight weeks.
There are 13 apartments altogether, with 12 still available.
Mr McCann said: "The quality of this development is absolutely incredible."
The church closed in 2018 and work began on the new apartments in late 2020.
