Work on a new £4.5m apartment scheme in the West End of Morecambe is nearing its end.
The 42 new apartments are due to be finished later this year and our photos show the progress on building work on-site.
Developers PlaceFirst say they will deliver high quality new one and two bed apartments, available to rent later in 2024.
This scheme will add to the 107 homes that Placefirst has already built in Morecambe, when work began in 2016 near the promenade.

Resident parking and landscaping with integrated planting along Bold Street will feature in the new development, as well as EV charging points, bike storage and photo voltaic panels.
Planning permission for the scheme was granted in 2020 and work began in 2022.
