Police are appealing for information after an arson damaged a garage at a house in Heysham.
Emergency services were called to a fire at the property on Warton Avenue at 9pm on Saturday.
The fire is being treated as suspicious and an investigation is under way.
A police spokesperson said: "Fortunately nobody was injured but the fire caused extensive damage to the garage.
"We are asking for anyone who saw anything suspicious in the area at around 9pm or just before of who may have any CCTV, dashcam or mobile phone footage to get in touch."

A Lancashire Fire and Rescue Service spokesperson said: "At 21:03 on 21 December 2024, four fire engines from Morecambe, Lancaster and Bolton-le-Sands attended an incident at Warton Avenue, Heysham.
"The fire involved one outbuilding and firefighters used for breathing apparatus, two hose reels and one main jet.
"Crews were in attendance for three hours."
