Police have given an update on investigations into a shooting in Heysham.
Det Sgt Adie Knowles told Beyond Radio the investigation "is very much still ongoing" after a shot was fired into a front door on Heysham Road.
Police were called at around 4pm of August 1 after a man fired a gun at a property and then fled. Nobody was hurt.
The incident was being treated as a "targeted attack" and police particularly appealed for anyone who saw a red Skoda Fabia in the Heysham Road area at the time of the incident.
