A police investigation is under way after a large group of people smashed windows with weapons on a Lancaster estate.
The incident took place on Sycamore Grove in the Marsh area on Sunday June 29 at around 2.30pm.
Police made an arrest at the scene and are appealing for more information.
Det Insp Adie Knowles, speaking on his regular 'Beyond the Beat' segment on Beyond Radio on Tuesday, said:
"Quite a large group of individuals turned up at an address and caused damage with weapons to windows. About seven windows were damaged.
"I'm sure quite a lot of people witnessed what had gone on. We are investigating the matter. We did make one arrest that day at the scene.
"If anyone has any information about that incident or any other incidents that occurred on the Marsh estate at that time, please get in touch."
Anyone with information can call police on 101 or call Crimestoppers on 0800 555111.
