A main road has been closed between Carnforth and Bolton-le-Sands following a two-car collision.
A police spokesperson said it was a "minor injury" collision.
The A6 Lancaster Road was closed in both directions between Hawthorn Road at Bolton-le-Sands and Crag Bank Road at Carnforth, following the incident at 8.30am on Friday.
There was slow traffic in the area and police advised motorists to be aware if travelling in the vicinity.
Motorists were unable to turn left onto the A6 from Hawthorn Road and police were stopping traffic heading northbound, and redirecting people heading from Bolton-le-Sands to Carnforth.
