School pupils have celebrated the great tradition of a Morecambe ice cream making family with a new photo exhibition.
Students from Bay Leadership Academy have taken a series of photos of ice creams, sundaes and shakes from Lewis's Ice Cream and Coffee Shop.
Their photos are now on display at the coffee shop on Marine Road Central.
Lewis's began making ice cream in Morecambe more than 70 years ago.
LISTEN to Shaleen Farquhar, photography teacher, Alex Newhouse from Lewis's, and student Millie Brayshaw talking about the exhibition
Shaleen is pictured below with Bay Leadership Academy art teacher Sammy Campbell at the opening of the exhibition on Thursday.

The exhibition is on the walls of Lewis's and can be seen by customers of the shop.
Here are some images from the exhibition by students of the former Heysham High School.
