A seafront cafe is the latest local business to announce it will be closing due to rising costs.
Jo n Lee's by the sea at Hest Bank will shut for the final time on Sunday November 27.
The cafe opened in the former VVV fitness club overlooking Morecambe Bay in 2019.
The business is run by Jo and Lee Robinson (pictured below),

The couple also run Jo n Lee's cafe on the shopping precinct at Westgate in Morecambe, which will remain open.
The closure of the Hest Bank cafe was announced in a statement on Facebook.
"We would like to thank everyone who has supported us the past three years...we've loved every minute of it.
"But sadly with the cost of everything going up...we can't keep going.
"We will be keeping Westgate open...hopefully see some of you there.
"We will be having a table top sale this weekend...selling all sorts of items. Please pop in to see us.
"We will remain open until November 27."
The business is one of several locally to close due to the cost of living crisis, which has seen energy and other prices rise across the UK.
In September, Fusion restaurant in Morecambe town centre announced its closure.
