Six fire engines have attended a blaze in Lancaster city centre this afternoon.
They were called to a commercial property on Back Sun Street, just before 2:45pm.
Appliances from Lancaster, Morecambe, Bolton-le-Sands, Fulwood and a pump from Cumbria Fire and Rescue Service, along with the aerial ladder platform from Morecambe were all required to tackle the fire.
Firefighters wore breathing apparatus, two hose reels and a triple extension ladder to bring the fire under control.

Crews currently remain in attendance (5:30pm), while both New Street and Sun Street were cordoned off from the public.
A spokesperson for Lancashire Fire and Rescue said the fire was now under control and firefighters were damping down and making the scene safe.
