Six fire engines were called out to a fire in Morecambe town centre.
The fire was in a mid-terraced property on Northumberland Street.
Emergency services were called at 9.19pm on Friday, with fire engines from Morecambe, Lancaster, Bolton-le-Sands, and Preston, along with an aerial ladder platform and an air unit, attending.
A spokesperson for Lancashire Fire and Rescue Service said: "Crews used four breathing apparatus, three hose reels, a positive pressure ventilation fan, one ceiling hook, lighting, a triple extension ladder, and a thermal imaging camera to extinguish the fire.
"Crews were in attendance for approximately seven hours and 30 minutes."
A spokesperson for North West Ambulance Service said there were no casualties.
Firefighters were also called to a fire in a conservatory on Austwick Road in Lancaster over the weekend.
The call-out was on December 14 at 4.42am and two fire engines attended. Crews extinguished the fire and were on site for around 30 minutes.
