Police are investigating after a teenager was bitten on the ear in a pub and needed surgery.
The 19-year-old man suffered a serious bite injury in an assault at the Kings Arms in Garstang.
Police were called to the incident at around 12.30am on Saturday and later appealed for information to trace a man in connection with the assault.
On Monday, they reported they had now identified the man concerned.
Police still want to speak to any witnesses or people who may have been in the area at the time of the incident.
