Three people have been arrested and class A and B drugs seized following raids at properties on an estate in Lancaster.
Lancaster’s local Neighbourhood Policing Team instigated the drug warrants yesterday (Tuesday, January 21) in the Marsh area of the city.
Suspected Class A and Class B drugs have been seized, while a 45 year old female from Lancaster was arrested on being concerned in the supply of class A drugs, a 47 year old male from Lancaster on suspicion of possession with intent to supply a class A drug and a 48 year old female from Lancaster on suspicion of possession with intent to supply a class A drug.
The investigation is ongoing.
A spokesperson for Lancaster Police said: ‘’This work cannot continue without our communities working with us to disrupt these individuals who supply drugs putting our children, family and friends at risk of addiction and harm for their own selfish monetary gain.
‘’As ever you can report any information you have on these people to the police directly on our website or anonymously, through the independent charity, Crimestoppers on 0800 555 111 or online.’’
