Carnforth Town Council has applied for a premises licence for the town’s Civic Hall.
Bob Bailey, Town Clerk of Carnforth Town Council, issued the notice today (June 22).
The application covers a range of entertainment matters, including seeking permission to serve alcohol between 9am and 11pm.
The application also seeks permission to perform plays on weekends between 6:30pm and 10pm, show films between 6:30pm and 10pm on Saturdays, and host indoor sporting and dance events on any day between 9am and 10pm.
Furthermore, it asks for permission to play recorded music at the venue between 9am and 10pm, and have live music events on weekends between 6:30pm and 10pm.
Any interested party or responsible authority may make representations on this application in writing to the Licensing Manager, Lancaster City Council, Morecambe Town Hall, Marine Road, Morecambe, LA4 5AF, or by email to: licensing@lancaster.gov.uk by no later than July 20.
