A new TV programme will look into why Morecambe is on the up and what is being done to regenerate the town.
'The Regeneration of Morecambe' will air on Sky on Thursday night (January 26) on Property TV - the UK's only television channel dedicated to property.
The programme will feature local property businessman Simon Das talking about why he has invested in the town and why Morecambe is now one of "the hottest places in the country to consider investing into".
Simon runs house building, project management, commercial finance and lettings company 978 Group Ltd based at White Cross in Lancaster.

He regularly appears as a property expert on the channel.
The programme will also examine the regeneration of the Midland Hotel and the Winter Gardens, the arrival of the Bay Gateway, and look at the impending Eden Project Morecambe.
It will also cover what led to the decline of the resort in the 70s and 80s.
You can watch The Regeneration of Morecambe on Sky channel 186 tomorrow from 8.30pm.
