A man has been arrested after a spate of business burglaries in the local area which police believe were carried out in a stolen Landrover.
Police arrested a man in Halton after the series of break-ins during the early hours of Monday.
Det Insp Adie Knowles of Lancaster Police, speaking on Beyond Radio on Tuesday, said the incidents occurred between 3.30am and 5.30am.
Det Insp Knowles said a 23-plate black Landrover Defender was taken from Udale Speciality Foods at Schola Green Lane in Morecambe.
"We think that vehicle has then been used for a series of other burglaries across the White Lund estate and Halton," said Det Insp Knowles, below.

"The premises were Ken Allen's on Northgate, South Road Food and Drink in Morecambe, ATS Euromaster on Northgate, HiQ Tyres at Halton, White Lund Tyres and Exhausts on Forestgate, and Morecambe Trade Windows.
"They were all pretty similar in nature, trying to steal equipment or going through the offices looking for other valuables.
"The vehicle was later found abandoned on Oxcliffe Road near the filling station.
"We have recovered about 60-odd exhibits that we are working through to link to this series of burglaries."
