A Lancaster hotel, bar and wedding venue is set to reopen under new ownership and management.
Pyes Mill on Thurnham Mill Lane, Conder Green, will open its doors on Friday, January 9.
The hotel was formerly known as the Mill at Conder Green, which closed in February 2025 after its owners went into administration.
The new owners are CG Hotel and Hospitality Ltd.
A spokesperson for the company said they are completely unconnected to the previous operation and owners, and have invested significantly in restoring and reimagining the venue.

The hotel was built in around 1740 and is close to a lock serving the Glasson branch of the main Lancaster canalway.
The complex - which will be open to the public as well as hotel guests - will include the Pyes Mill hotel, the 1740 Bar & Kitchen, and The Locks wedding and events venue which will be available for hire.

“We are really excited to open the doors and welcome people to Pyes Mill," said a spokesperson for the management team.
"This is a completely new chapter — new ownership, new management, and a friendly, experienced team who genuinely care about creating great experiences.
"Whether someone is calling in for a relaxed drink, enjoying a meal, staying overnight, or celebrating a special occasion, we want everyone to feel welcome and comfortable.”
The kitchen is led by Scott Young, a chef with over 30 years’ experience across different cuisines in Scotland, the Lake District and the South of England.
Pyes Mill will be open seven days a week. The venue is dog friendly and will also run its own Sunday walking groups.
The Locks Venue at Pyes Mill will focus on weddings, celebrations and private events including birthdays celebrations, christenings, babyshowers, and corporate events.
Alongside private functions, the venue will host its own events programme throughout the year, including family fun days, tribute nights and race day events.
A Wedding Showcase will take place on Sunday January 18 from 11am to 3pm. The showcase will give couples the opportunity to explore the venue, meet the team and local suppliers, and discuss their plans in a relaxed setting.
Couples can register in advance HERE.
Pyes Mill officially opens on Friday January 9 from 4pm, with live music from 6.30pm.
Bookings and enquiries are now open across all areas of the venue.
