Teams were called out to 17 fallen or dangerous trees across the Lancaster, Morecambe and Carnforth area during Storm Boelo.
Lancaster City Council said their first call-out came at 9.30pm on Saturday, with further incidents on Sunday as strong winds battered the UK.
"A huge thank you to all our teams who were out in atrocious weather over the weekend responding to the impact of Storm Boelo," said a council spokesperson.
"Starting with the first call-out at around 9.30pm on Saturday, our teams dealt with 17 fallen or dangerous trees across the weekend, including incidents in Lancaster, Morecambe and Yealand.
"With further stormy weather on the way, our crews remain on standby.
"If you find a fallen or dangerous tree that’s blocking a public road or pavement, please contact Lancashire County Council on 0300 123 6780 or report it via their ‘Report It’ service.

"Storm boards will also remain in place in Morecambe as a precaution and to prevent water, sand and shingle from being washed onto the road.
"If you're visiting the promenade over the coming days, please take extra care and keep away from large waves."
One tree toppled onto a house on West Road in Lancaster on Sunday morning and the road was cordoned off to vehicles.
Local photographer Josh Brandwood said he spoke to a householder on West Road who was in the kitchen making a brew at around 6.50am when he heard a loud bang.
He then discovered the tree had fallen on his house, damaging the corner of his property.

Police cordoned off the road, Lancaster City Council subsequently attended to clear debris from the carriageway, and contractors have been cutting up and removing the fallen tree.

Also on Sunday morning, a tree fell on the corner of Quarry Road and Dumbarton Road in Lancaster, next to the Premier shop.

Williamson Park in Lancaster also closed all facilities on Sunday due to a risk of falling trees and branches, after several trees fell in the park.
