Around 2300 children and 35 schools took part in a day of sport at Salt Ayre Leisure Centre in Lancaster - and Beyond Radio was there!
The Lancaster & Heysham Schools Sports Network (SSN) organised the sports festival - also known as the school Olympics - on Thursday.
There were several sports taking place, run by local coaching providers and partners, with events a mix of competition, participation and fun.
There were also drop-in activities that participants could try out between events.
Sports included quad kids athletics held on the Salt Ayre track, tri-golf, football, tag rugby, korfball, dodgeball, indoor cricket, climbing, pop lacrosse, archery, basketball and more.
Lancaster & Heysham SSN Steven Jamieson from Our Lady's Catholic College in Lancaster, organised the event alongside Tim Fletcher from Bay Leadership Academy in Morecambe.
Steven spoke to us about the success of the games and the importance of sport and physical activity for young people.

Lancaster and Heysham SSN said the event was "a massive celebration of school sports and a demonstration of how we, our partners/coaches, and schools, work together to provide opportunities for local young people".
"We can only put a day like this on because of the support of the local schools’ memberships.
"Thirty five schools attended on the day, around 2300 children across 15 sports, all on one day!
"Sports leaders represented their schools brilliantly from Our Lady's Catholic College, Bay Leadership Academy, Lancaster Girls' Grammar School, Carnforth High School and Lancaster & Morecambe College.
"Partners on the day include: Morecambe FC Community Foundation, Wigan Warriors, Heysham Golf Club, SROC Red Rose Orienteers, Youth Hoops Basketball, England Lacrosse, Salt Ayre Leisure Centre, Lancaster Phoenix Korfball Club, Lancashire Cricket, RSSP Rossendale, Beyond Radio and more, and all those hardworking and dedicated school staff of course!"
Beyond Bear was there and enjoyed trying a spot of running on the track, here with Steve Haworth!
