Couples will take to the dance floor at the Winter Gardens in Morecambe in the first ever 'Strictly St John's' in aid of Lancaster's hospice.
A night of glitz, glamour and giving is promised as the theatre transforms into a dazzling ballroom for one night only on Saturday November 8 - all in aid of St John's Hospice.
Six local couples will be taking part after seven weeks of training and rehearsals, just like on the smash hit TV show Strictly Come Dancing.
They will then dance their hearts out to the biggest hits from the movies whilst competing for the coveted Glitterball trophy.
Competitors are:
Adrian Hall, a semi-retired maths teacher and consultant, and Tina Mant, a speech therapist who works for a local Parkinson's charity. They will be dancing the Tango.

Graham Bailey and Emma Townley, father and daughter who work for Westgate Tyres in Morecambe. They will be dancing the Jive.

Pauline Jepson and Richard Gaskell, who are both retired and are already dance partners. They will be dancing the Latin ballroom fusion.

Lyndsay Scott and Joanne Metcalfe will be dancing the Jive Smooth. Lyndsay is the manager of Laurel Bank Nursing Home in Lancaster. Both Lyndsay and Joanne applied to take part separately and have been paired together.

Holly Rickerby and Bobby Hornby will dance the Salsa. They are co-workers at Optimum RX Lens Specialists, White Lund, Morecambe.

Chelle and Graham Dawson will dance the Charleston. Graham is the Ground Safety Officer for Morecambe Football Club and Chelle is a Broadway Boogie instructor. They are husband and wife and work for Thermo Fisher Scientific.

Dance teachers Elizabeth Rogers and Nicola Buccelli will be getting the couples ready for the big night!

Doors open at 6.30pm with the show starting at 7.30pm.
Tickets may only be purchased for children ages 11 or over, all under 18s must be accompanied by an adult with a ticket.
The dress code is "embrace the Strictly Style, think sparkle and sequins!"
You can sponsor the dancers and raise money for St John's Hospice here.
