Fans of rock 'n' roll band Showaddywaddy were delighted when they turned up to play in a Hest Bank couple's garden and helped raise thousands for charity.
Andy and Michelle Brooks run a 'Gig in the Garden' every year and invite family, friends and neighbours to help generate funds for good causes.
This year, after several years of trying, Andy and Michelle managed to book one of the most successful British bands of the 1970s, Showaddywaddy!
Their 1976 number one hit 'Under the Moon of Love' has a special meaning for the couple, as they walked down the aisle to it at their wedding.
So for the Midlands-based band, with original member Romeo Challenger, to play it and other hits in their garden for around 120 people, was a dream come true.

"I run a charity event every single year, I have done for the past six years in my back garden, and we've just grown and grown and grown," said Andy.
"This year I thought, let's go all in!
"I've been pestering Dave Bartram (Showaddywaddy manager and former lead singer) for the past few years with emails and asking, are you guys available any time, what do we need to do to get you guys here?

"He sent back a bit of a list and a few requests, and hey presto, next thing they're turning up on my doorstep and we had a fantastic evening!
"Romeo is a fantastic gentleman, we had fantastic chats with him on all evening and hopefully the group enjoyed their evening with us.
"I've always liked Showaddywaddy, in particular their number one hit 'Under the Moon of Love'. This was a record my wife and I walked down the aisle to.
"So it was a great opportunity for them to play it for us, which brought back a lot of memories!"

Monday night's event, attended by around 120 people, raised just over £2000 for Motor Neurone Disease.
The Brooks family run their own business, Cross Bay Caravans in Lancaster.
Andy said that Showaddywaddy will take some beating, but next year he plans to top it and has reached out to some more famous names!
